BE CAREFUL GOING HERE! Employees accused my family of stealing late last night. Nothing was stolen. After we were told they “Caught us on camera”, we went back this morning and had the police come. Police officer found nothing on the cameras. Please be cautious going here.
I'm impressed with how this gas station has improved over the year. I dealt with a bad staff at the beginning of the year but now everyone is very kind, efficient and professional.
I’ve been going to this 7-11 almost everyday for the last year. I stop on my way to work to fill up my water bottle with their pebble ice and water : every time I come, the store is clean and organized. It always smells good in here. The owner I think- he works in the morning and is an older gentleman.. he’s very kind and is always helpful. There is an older woman who works in the morning, she has short reddish hair and she is my FAVORITE to see!! Someone give her a raise Then there is the young man who I see at various times in the night/morning. He wears glasses— wow!! I’m always welcomed with a smile and a greeting. Shoutout to the manager for putting together a great team!!
The 2/11 night shift attendant made up his own price for merchandise in the store. The cashier pocketed a few extra dollars, but will cost the location all future business with me and a friend. Be on the lookout for this sleeze bag.
your employee refused service t because of no face covering while medically exempt . and had the certificate to prove it , all the while your employee stands behind a protective screen with out a mask on. that is the kind of behavior that will get you a lawsuit. you might want to have a conversation with your employees . there are some people that are exempt from this unlawful mandate. i am a 30 year local business owner myself and i understand you can make whatever policy you want in your business. With the economy the way it is going you may not want to alienate paying customers that just want to get in and out as easily as possible
I used to go to this 711 all the time. I may never go back. All the other 7-Elevens in the county allow for drink refills. Maverik allows for drink refills. Chevron allows for drink refill. I don't know if this is their way of trying to make a little extra money by not allowing refills, but it's ridiculous.
Had a very snippy cashier who was trying to rush the transaction and made the whole process take longer due to her rushing. Got short with me multiple times whilst I was trying to be patient and helpful. At least I got my stuff but I may not come back if I see her there.
One of the older lady's that works their that is short with darker hair is snippy and not real patient.. she doesn't make attending a great time with her bad attitude.. The older lady with greyish hair is very nice however.. I won't go in their when the darker hair lady is however..
I asked the gal at the counter why the wiper water fluid is always empty? I have had this discussion with her before. She stated it was that the water evaporates and added because it takes three hours to get it done. I am wasa frequent customer due to the close proximity of my home, but at least in the the past couple of yearsyes years that I have stopped by at various pumps there has not ever been water or window cleaner in the dispensers, a major deterrent. JFYI
The sales associate is terrible she has been working there for too long. She is very annoying and rude. My brother and I feel harassed she needs to get fired
