Unfortunately, I just erased my original review instead of just adding to it because I no longer feel the same way that I once did for many different reasons. I don't have time to name them all right now so ill just start with today's visit. Today I went in there to buy a few things and while I was getting checked out,the guy that was next in line,gets out of line,hands a $5 bill to the clerk to pay for his fountain drink and says to the clerk,"Look,I'm in a hurry so just use what I just gave you to pay for my drink and then whatever is left,use it to help pay for her stuff". He was talking about me. But, the clerk didn't use the change to help pay for my stuff. I paid for all of my stuff. Which isn't why I'm upset. I mean,I intended to pay for all of my own stuff when I walked in the store so its not like it was some big surprise when I ended up paying for all of my own stuff. The reason that I am upset is because it was wrong for the clerk to not do what that guy said to do with his money. Instead as far as I could tell,the clerk kept it for himself which is stealing. I mean,is that the type of person that 7-11 is proud to employ and represent their brand and what it stands for??? Sadly, this incident isn't the only incident or reason that I deleted my original review and re-wrote my whole review. My family and I have been going to this 7-11 for almost 9 years now which is a decent amount of time and I'd say that the first 5 years,this was my whole family's favorite and "go to" convenience store and we hardly ever had any kind of issue with this store or any of their employees. Even,in the rare event that we had an issue arise, all we had to do was talk to the manager or owner of the store, explain the problem and show them the receipt,IF we had it and they always did what they could to rectify the problem even if we didn't have the receipt. But, slowly but surely over the last 4 years the management,which has been the same people for the last almost 9 years,has just stopped caring about doing good business especially when it comes to their "regulars"repeat customers. More than likely they aren't even interested enough in listening to you explain what the issue so that they can even try and determine if its a valid complaint or issue that they need to rectify or if its just a customer complaining about something that isn't even the stores responsibility to care about. It doesn't matter if its something that they should make right and it doesn't even matter if you have the receipt or can prove your case,All that they will do,at the most,is pretend to listen to your complaint,once you're done,they look at you like you're stupid and give you a fake apology and tell you to have a nice day and expect that to be enough. They also have drinks that they charge $1.50 more for certain flavors. The 1 and only difference is the flavor. Every where else charges the same price doesn't matter what flavor it is. And all the employees except for this one lady are all very rude when you ask them anything. Its sad to see how much this store and its employees management included has changed and not for the the better.
One of the only places in Casa Grande that sells Mexican chips and Mexican drinks! Also, there is always someone to help you kindly and quickly.

Snotty, rude, sassy cashiers at night, was just there and the woman checking us smacking her lips in the most nastiest way talking on her phone and giving us sass because we were talking to her as we cashed out because I informed her we had 2 other drinks and she snapped at me with this look "like I'm on the phone here can you shut up?" poor customer service and rude cashiers
They could improve their grill item availability, advertise pizza more, and offer sugar free slurpee options.
It was ok just can't load money on cash app after 7pm and that kinda sucks
Rude rude rude especially Lizzie, treats people like they bother her, no business in customer service at all. Only reason I go in is for Deseree and thats not gonna help any more tired of the rudeness and lack of appreciation we do pay for that but obviously the owners don't give a crapor they would fix things
The lady working there is racist and called the police on me. I went in, bought a scratcher, was in my car scratching it and 3 police officers swarmed my car. They told me the lady inside called them and said I was "casing" the store. They spent an hour searching my car. I'm disgusted. She could've asked me to leave. She could've asked if I needed help. She could've had any one of the 3 friends she had hanging out with her there while on the clock to ask if she was afraid of an ethnic customer sitting there, but I'm sure the meth made them all a bit paranoid. I don't know, but there was any number of ways to handle the situation better than that. I wasn't doing anything illegal, but I was damn sure treated like a criminal. She should be ashamed, but I'm sure she isn't. Because racism is justified in the small mind of a bigot.
I've been here countless times and I've not once had a bad experience this is my go to store when i need something another thing is all of the cashiers that I've interacted with were all friendly all in all i have no complaints.
Store is dirty, the workers were very unprofessional, and unhelpful. Online info is wrong
