Since the new owners took over a year or two ago this place has steadily been in decline. Donuts/fritters are old and disgusting. Product with literal dirt and mud smeared all over it, store is disgustingly dirty, bathroom is literally falling apart and filthy. The faucets is about to break off the sink. Really sad cuz this place used to be pretty decent.
Not really a review, just a booster for the store. These employees work really hard. Alot of people have bad days and many work VERY often and are tired. I'm sick of seeing people leave bad reviews simply because they ask for inconvenient things at inconvenient times. No one is going to make you a pizza in the middle of the night when they have shift work to do, they stop serving hot food after 11. 7-Eleven gets trucks in the middle of the night, that are put away by ONE person. Bad reviews over lack of napkins? Solution, don't make a mess. Usually the only time an employee will give you a bit of an attitude is if you're being annoying or inconvenient. People have things to do and don't have time to check on things and go out of their way to make you things in the middle of the night.
The older Caucasian woman and younger employee who is expecting have terrible customer service. My first time going to this 711 and my last. Don't use the hot dog containers for anything else or the older lady will tell you off Karen style. It's not that serious just like the customer service here.
Went for lunch and asked how to purchased items with my rewards. The male manager didn't know. I brought egg rolls, they had two in a container. After my purchase i sad you charge my twice. He said you got two, I said all of them have two in the container, suggesting you the the package item at that price. He said ill give you a refund but don't come back. He was so rude. He said it won't affect us if you compain we are franchise.
Their is a tall skinny man/boy that wears glasses that works night shift he is very rude and does not have any kind of manners or customer service he lacks in knowing how to treat customers and its disgusting, even while i was being very polite saying thank you and please the whole time, becareful when you ask for pies of pizza at night he likes to just throw things onto the counter as if he runs the place and also likes to give judgement back when told he was beyond rude. This rating is for this specific employee because the store and other employees are amazing.
Today isNovember 12, 2021 I would never buy hot food here. Customer went to the counter to purchase hot food but decided to switch out the wings for another flavor after a conversation at the register and the cashier allowed it and then did not take the food off the display window until I said something about cross contamination. Be careful/mindful when you buy.
Card machine down. Punk behind the counter didn't have a sign up or anything. Tells me to leave store cause I used card. Would have used cash from my vehicle. But treated me like a second class citizen.
Thee absolute laziest people I've ever seen! I go in for MILK and waited in line for over 7 minutes and not ONE TIME DID EITHER ONE OF THESE WORKERS ATTEMPT TO COME NEAR THE REGISTER TO CHECK ME OR THE OTHER 5 PEOPLE IN LINE! Instead one mops the floor with paper towels under her feet she don't lift and the other one just kept pushing a broom infront of all of the people in line to check out. FOR 6 EFFIN MINUTES THEY DID NOTHING WITH A STORE FULL OF Patrons! I used to stop here every day for smokes, snuff drinks and food and spent easily 30 bucks a day WITHOUT GAS and after today I'll never stop at another 7-11 as long as I live! I fuhkn hate them people they have working, lazy, ignorant, dirty, selfish and racist! I could keep going but you all get the point!! Go across the street from for your own peace of mind!!
This place is hit or miss on service. Sometimes you can get your sandwich grilled. In a bind I'll usually mosey on over to get a sandwich and a drink. Depending on who is working, is whether or not I can get one. I wish this place was more consistent in their customer service. Half the staff is accommodating, the other half, arrogant and unwilling to accommodate. The guy working on 12/15 at about 6:15, complete jerk.
Zero stars. Disgusting. The incense and or perfume lingering in the store will choke the breathe from you. It was unbelievably overwhelming. I asked the cashier about it and shehe? looked female but trying to identify as a male? said she smelled nothing. I said it's overwhelming....?Actually hard to breathe!. She still denied smelling it!! I said I'll just go elsewhere for my daily breakfast and ice and gas. She rudely said ,"fine, go elsewhere!" Instead of actually acknowledging the issue or attempting she was instead extremely rude and definitely not someone who should be dealing with the public.
