Came at 4 am for an emergency tums run and doors were locked. Waited for a while and called store multiple times… no reply
I can only give this location 1 star because I took my ELDERLY HANDICAPED mother in to use the restroom, it was an emergency and the women told her WE DONT HAVE BATHROOM YOU CAN USE, she could have said…..we don’t have a public restroom or a restroom for public use, or our restrooms are out of order…..there are no signs posted. So it feels like my mother was told no because she’s elderly and handicapped. What’s even worse is I stopped in there with a group of friends on a different day and there was no problem with using the restroom. Not sure what they have against the elderly or handicapped. Not good business. Or customer service. I should report!
Cashier at This Location Presently is Very Misinformed regarding service animals. My Colleague went in with me To get some Stuff for Our On The Road Tour of Dutchess County and The Cashier said No Animals allowed Even though My Colleagues Service animal Has The Dog ID that Says Service animal Affixed to the Collar, And The Cashier asked my Colleague to leave the Store Because of the Service animal. I Asked When will the Manager will be In and She Kept Asking Why , I did Inform Her If There is No Sign That says Animals Aren't allowed Then Its Admissable, She Showed Me and It Clearly Says Service animals are welcomed so I Clearly don't Understand What Her Problem is.. My Recommendation Is immediate Retraining of Employees!
I am shocked With this 7 Eleven Location, I was with My Partner and Was Asked to Leave Because of My Service animal. I kept explaining to the Cashier , Its a Service animal and His Tag Is Clearly visible And my concerns fell on Deaf Ears . We are Taking this Matter To The Attorney General office to File a Formal Complaint Regarding Several Laws that was Broken during this Incident.
I went to 7-Eleven with my service dog for a drink and snack for the two of us. I walk in and they tell me that they don't allow pets. I politely tell them that she's a service dog and they proceeded to ask for her "papers". I tried to educate them and tell them that there is no such thing as papers and tell them the two questions that they are allowed to ask but they refused to even listen to what I had to say. They said if I don't leave my service dog outside while I shop then they will refuse to serve us and threatened to call the cops. I told them it was illegal to refuse me service just because of my service dog but eventually decided and be the bigger person and leave cause having to deal with the cops over a big gulp wasn't worth it.
I like going to 7-11 stores because they're convenient when you're on the go. They sell an assortment of food and non-food items. You can buy a newspaper, a slurpee, bread, cookies, lottery and scratch-off tickets, milk, cold medicine, sandwiches, soda, etc... Another reason is they have a gas station right in their parking lot so you can kill two birds with one stone.
I lived around the corner and loved being able to get food at all hours of the day. For a 7/11, this location is above average.
Good location for a gas station. It is pretty much like any other gas station though
24 hours is a plus., good variety, fair prices, and easy to navigate to. Friendly customer service as well. You usually don't find all those qualities within one 7-11 or any gas station/convenience Mart in populated urban areas
I love this gas station, very polite and courteous staff & reasonable prices, and i love the 7-Eleven app. It allows me to earn points with all my purchases and allows me to get free drinks and food with the points I've earned!
