My kids enjoyed the 7 11 slurpee. This is nice to have a 7 11 a wendy's restaurant at the same place.
This Payson store is the worst 7-11 store that I have ever encountered. They never have all the things up and ready like the other stores such as different coffees and hot foods. Some of the slurpee machines were out of order for a while too. One of my fav drinks was empty even though I reported that it was empty. The clerk obviously didn't care because when I came the next day it was still empty. I reported it to another clerk but he seemed disinterested as well. I highly doubt any of them will put a new refill in.
The 7 eleven was well stocked and the prices were good. Would definitely return if in the area.
Terrible service now. The "boss" is the only one who can do anything now days so might as well close at 10pm. No set schedules on things etc. Very frustrating.
The owner is really nice and friendly always there and helpful. The morning cashier was extremely rude to me and agressive. I waited 5 mins in a long line and when it was my turn I asked for a food that wasn't ready. She then put her hand up to me and told me in a harsh tone that she "didn't have time to make it and that she had a long line and I needed to wait!" um I did wait patiently in line and didn't deserve for her to be so aggressive towards me. If she can't handle doing her job then she should work somewhere else. I was a regular customer and my family and I will now never go back there again. Good job lady

My friend and I went there and Melinda, the lady that helped us was very rude and had a really bad attitude. My friend wanted a chicken sandwich with cheese. Melinda told us that it doesn't come with cheese and said it would cost extra. We were willing to pay extra for the cheese. Melinda was acting like putting a slice of cheese on a chicken sandwich was a hard chore. Terrible customer service! We haven't gone back since.
The cashiers were friendly, although the was a bit slow. Also the condiment area was dirty and in need of a cleaning. It's your standard 7/11 no complaints here.
If you need to use the restroom... consider driving to the next exit. Bathroom also makes you not want to purchase any food from this location. It’s just flat out nasty in there
The lady at the counter tried to steal money from me, she did this by telling me that i would have to give her another dollar to make my change a 5 dollar bill instead of 4 ones and some change. The total of my bill came to $16.33, i gave her $21.35, she asked for the other dollar, when i contested this total of $22.35 she wanted to make my change, she got very defensive and acted as if i was in the wrong. I could see that she knew that i could tell what she was attempting to do. I paid the $22.35 and received $5.02 in change. I left the store without getting a receipt, went to my car and grabbed my phone and put the numbers in my calculater and went back in. Without any arguement she gave me my $1 back. Its not that the $1 was a big deal, but that she did it on purpose. I wonder how manh people she gives wrong change to a day. Sad to see that she is also the "Assistant Manager" of the store. .......
