This place is so unbelievably unprofessional and has no regard for patient care. My husband had an colonoscopy appointment booked for august, they called this week and said it was canceled but they could see him at 12pm on Friday. We rearranged our schedules to make this work, along with him taking additional time off to do the prep. Then we get a call the day before that they could see him earlier at 10am. Once again we were flexible. Dropped him off at 9:45am, mind you he hasn’t eaten since Wednesday at 9pm, it is now 1:15pm and he STILL hasn’t been seen for his procedure. Clearly the priority is to overbook the schedule without a care for the patients experience or time. For how much you charge the insurance company for this procedure, the patient and patients family’s time should be better considered. Will definitely not be coming back to this place and highly recommend you find somewhere else if you are considering options. ***just to give an update, approaching 5 hours and still no procedure. I’ve tried calling 3 times and no answer. Wish I could give negative stars.

The office staff was pleasant and once in back the nurse was very informative and thorough. I didn’t have to wait long before being called back.

I am now looking for another GI doctor. The doctor here is good, as far as I can tell. The problem seems to be that they overbook patients. With only 1 doctor in the practice you can be assured you will spend the day here for your procedure. Plus, the doctor is too busy performing procedures to see you afterward so you get to see a not so nice PA. So, I am moving on!

I haven't met the doctor yet, but my two experiences with the office staff and nurse have been very positive.

Dr. Reddy was very nice and the gentleman that i saw was very friendly. Front desk was ok.

Staff is kind and my waiting time was not long after my appointment time. Respectful and they were able to assist me with questions I had.

The staff was amazing! Very sweet! Only 4 stars because it took 3 hours before I went back. The procedure was quick, it was just the wait time that took so long, but staff was awesome!

Very very busy place, and the wait was long. Scheduling colonoscopies 3 months out. My endoscopy appointment was at 8 and at 10 I still wasn't in.  However,  the staff were kind and responsive regardless of how harried they were.   The nurse explained what they found which was nice since I couldn't get an appointment with the doctor to discuss the results for 4 weeks.

Staff very well open and show concern about you an individual not just a number , cautious, consistent, a smile and greeting goes a long way when you don’t feel your best.

My wife had a colonoscopy there everything went smooth everyone was very kind now she has to go back for endoscopy
