Whatever you do, do NOT go here. I like my psychiatrist Stephanie, but this place is not good. No one ever answers the phone, no matter what extension you dial. I have left several voicemails and no one calls back or they call back more than a week later. I only had a couple days left of my medication and they assured me that they would help me figure it out and never called me back. I don’t have meds for tomorrow and not sure when I will be getting them since no one answers the phone! Don’t waste your time here. It’s ridiculous and straight up unprofessional. I have never been with a place that let me go a day without medication. Finding a new doctor and will not be returning.
Never respond. Psych doesn’t even listen to me. She’ll ask “are the meds making you get frustrated easily” or whatever. I say “No but I still feel very disassociated. I can’t focus. I feel out of it” that’s the reason I seeked help . She’ll say “okay see you in a month. I sent more refills.” Like bro what ? Also they always send the wrong prescription and it’s dang near impossible to get a hold of them.
I had an appt for my eye and the nurse was great. I called at least 6 times to hopefully speak to a nurse or reception about a question I had, no one has answered the phone. It's been over a month. Absolutely insane for a doctors office. I even left a voice-mail for the "manager" this place is a joke honestly
Been misdiagnosed here... one time they sent my child away claiming that he was only pretending to be sick because he didn't want to go to school went to the hospital later that day turns out he had pneumonia which is one reason why I stopped going there took him and I both out however the behavioral health there is pretty good some of the therapists are very nice but good luck trying to get a hold of anybody I have been trying to call for 3 days left messages no call back to make any kind of appointments
Had to call for weeks to book next appointment. Was not able to refill medication because of no answer. Extremely unprofessional and inappropriate. Wish I would have looked at these reviews previously, still haven’t gotten blood work results after 2 months either…
This place is ghetto and sad. The management is incompetent. It’s infested with mice and beetles. I had to use my personal cell phone and email to communicate with patients so whatever sensitive information they gave me was NOT protected. And I was scolded when I asked for more vacutainers because here you aren’t allowed to throw them away. I had to use the same one for months on end on every patient during blood draws which is a HUGE health code violation.
I spent the last few months doing a rough draft of my review of 7 Hillsnow doing business as Mathers. After reading these reviews it’s one familiar scenario after another. I too have had a few GREAT practitioners at 7 hills who went on to work elsewhere. This place truly is a halfway house for talented people in the medical field who go on to work for more organized employers. EVERYTHING you need to steer your practice in the right direction is in the many negative reviews as well as the positive ones. Retain the employees who are praised by name. That’s a huge endorsement to receive. My chief complaint is that you guys could benefit from some better communication skills. In my experience, things easily fall through the cracks or pertinent information isn’t passed on at 7 hills
I understand that the behavioral health is a difficult field to staff as is, but this center is not critically conscious in serving it's impoverished patients. Phone calls are rarely answered, so it is a matter of playing phone tag throughout the week with them WHILE AT WORK to get anything accomplished. After appointments, they also forgot to put in refills for prescriptions. Staff is generally very kind, but if you identify as queer, I suggest steering away from Tina as a therapist. During MY therapy session, she went on a 10 minute rant about how queer identities are a lifestyle choice. The situation showed unprofessional bias, especially seeing as though the session was not for her to unpack her feelings, but for me to! Other than that, I do recommend seeing Victoria!
This place is terrible. I tried taking my son like 5 times to his schedule appointment that he was supposed to have with his psychiatrist. Every time we tried connecting with them for his televisit the provider did not connect with us and kicked us out of the online room when 15 minutes passed. Every time we called we always got a voicemail. This happened four times!!!! We then thought maybe a televisit is not the best option so we tried booking for an in person evaluation on the 5th try. However, we just left from there and the receptionist stated that the appointment today is for a televisit and not in person and we should receive the link shortly. We kindly left and didn’t make a big fuss about it and said okay and we went in the car to do his televisit. We were waiting for the link to be sent to us like the receptionist stated and we never received one. So what did we do? We called the office and guess what happened? We got another voicemail and the appointment did not happen once again and I tried to be understanding in this situation but I’m completely done trying with this place. I will seek my services else where but it’s a shame when people need help and they cannot seem to help us or help us understand why they messed up 5 times!!! Save your time and energy because I can reassure you that this place is not worth it.
The staff here is amazing! Especially Claudia. She goes above and beyond for you and is very helpful with any questions or concerns you may have. I used to hate going to the doctors but now since I’ve met Claudia I look forward to going to the doctor because I know she is great and can help with anything I need!! I can’t forget Maria either, she is also great and a huge help! I would recommend this facility over and over again to anyone that asks. Always a great experience there!! I would give more than 5 stars if I could!!!
