We offer rich and colorful kung fu, tai chi, and wooden man classes for teens and adults (12 and up, younger children accepted on a case by case basis).

Chinese Shao-Lin Centers across the country are authorized to teach authentic, traditional Shao-Lin kung fu under 8th degree Elder Masters David and Sharon Soard, whose lineage traces back to the Shao-Lin temple in Fukien Province, China.

Train at your own pace and ability level. Tai Chi is included in your Standard Membership along with external styles like tiger, crane, and northern fist, and weapons. We also offer Tai Chi Only Memberships. No contracts required.
