I called for a vehicle lockout. Dispatcher told me a technician would be in touch. The technician told me it would be a $29 fee to come out and another $129 to unlock the vehicle. I said thanks, but that I would shop around some more. Dispatcher called me back about 5 minutes later saying she talked to her tech and that it would be $79. I told her that the tech told me more than twice that and she said that no he didn’t and that I must have called a different company. After I told her I had only called them, she got snappy with me and hung up on me. A few minutes later the tech calls me back saying he could do it for $79. When I asked him why he was playing games and telling me different prices he acted confused and tried to insist that he’d never told me a different price. Don’t trust these people. At a minimum, the tech is skimming off the top and ripping people off.
Horrible service. I called for assistance because I was locked out of my home. I called at 7:00pm and was told to wait for a technician to call me back. I called back for an estimated time for arrival and I was told the technician for my area was off until Monday!!!! I asked why wasn't I told that before sitting in the dark outside for over an hour. This is a 24 hour company! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAMMERS!
Terrible Terrible terrible... they charged my learning disabled teenage son $390 to unlock his car in North Charleston, service call $75, auto unlock took 5 minutes, $315!!! Call 6 times for explanation, on hold 53 mins to talk to the manager, Mr. Harry Hines who says we don't work in charleston. Call technician Mr. Drio Or, says talk to the company they set prices, using personal venmo!!?? Crooks!!!
The response was fast and the worker was respectful and did a good job, however we feel VERY overcharged. They were not up front on cost. For 4 doors, with modifications, it was initially $1590! I corrected some charges that were incorrect and mentioned a 15% discount on site to get cost down but still feel violated. Final cost was $1200 for 4 doors! They did not tell me any upfront cost. We feel we need to be refunded some of the cost. I will never recommend this company. I told the lady this was not an emergency. They charged $30 per lock to remove! I could’ve done that myself. The overcharging is just too much. They need to mention all costs upfront. Very disappointed.
My sister accidentally locked herself out of her house. After contacting this company, the tech arrived in a little less than 30 minutes. He was polite, courteous and GONE in about 10 minutes. What more could you ask? If I need a locksmith again, I’ll call this company and hope the same young man shows up. Well done.
can’t complain was fast work, but the price she told me on the phone was completely different than what i paid, it could’ve been a miscommunicated on the phone but $65 + a $25 service fee and $160 flat out are 2 very different prices. probably will try to find somewhere else in the future.

Excellent service for a reasonable price! The locksmith guy arrived within the time he said he would and the unlocking process only took 2 minutes. Very professional service, especially because the dispatcher answers the phone immediately and sends a person over very quickly!
