84th St Mart

So disappointed. Went to run in to grab an item. I like to walk through the aisle see what's new etc I couldn't get over the fact of the appearance of the store. .they need more space. Staff was nice , just the presentation of the aisle. Its all about the presentation for me and I wont come back unless the get their act together. Just hoping this will get the ball rolling for them to get some help or at least get management who cares. HELP THEM. They struggling. Dollar tree has great stuff,, this particular day. I got what I needed and left. Presentation is key!

Super understaffed, they all are. Went to 3 others looking for yarn that was shown as in stock, was told it was there but not on the shelves because the stocking crew had very limited hours. This one said the same thing but one of the employees went to the back room to look for the yarn I wanted and brought it out for me. These companies need to stop running skeleton crews. You'd sell more if the inventory actually made it onto the shelves. As for that employee, blue hair and tattoos. She's awesome, give that woman a raise.

I got what I wanted, but I had to listen to the Manager complain to another co-worker and another customer about how another employee didn't show up so now she can't have her smoke break. And I also learned that someone didn't lock the doors the night before, and the safe was left open...

There was a fight almost turned attempted stabbing between an employee's husband and a customer he caught stealing apparently, cops swarmed front of building Store is so unorganized & misplaced if not just massive piles of randomly placed items on most aisles. This location is huge & has a well stocked selection of decent items, if only they were more organized/clean and professional, this COULD be one of the top locations in this area

Believe it or not this location is off the beaten path and full of treasures! It has a better stocking of items than some of the other DollarTree's because of it's location. Keep in mind the Dollar Tree is now the $1.25 tree.

The lady in customer service is so rude... I ask her if i can use the bathroom and she answer me mad we don't have bathroom for customers..

Very poorly run. Waiting in line for 30 minutes, with 2 cashiers. Plus shopping for Grandchildren, Valentines gifts. Damn, ff by dollar employee. Just walk around while the other cashier had maybe 8 customers waiting. Seen 2 customers walk out with alot in the cart. Simple they don't want to sell there products. Oh, well. Not to imply buy races towards color ppl. Thank you, who ever who was watching me from isle to isle. DID NOT purchase what we wanted for my Grandchildren. Everything rose here $1.plus more should change the name. Worthless NO LONGER $1.00, RISED TO $1.25! CHANGE THE LOGO! Just mad had to wait in line for 1/2 an hour. Just to another store with less wait time Wincos. Thanks for not making us spend money here. Last time to go. Great for your own ways. Who ever you were during the morning shift. Plus the reviews for 1 star it is True . Unfortunately disorder.

This location is always filthy and zero attempt is made to organize or clean. They desperately need new management ASAP. The manager is always locked in the office gossiping instead of taking care of the store. If there were a ZERO star option they would deserve it.

Hard to complain about a store with everything $1 or less. I always go here to buy cards and balloons. They have aisles full of household bargains.
