Called them to come out and Re-key my business locks. They sent out the tech which arrived on time. Steven was very professional and explained every step of the way. I would highly recommend 85 Locksmith to anyone seeking locksmith services!
The work was good and quick, but the price was not clear at all, and extremely expensive. I was given a base price of $20+ a lock to rekey my house, and ended up being charged 4x what I expected, for an over $1000 bill. I was prepared for well over the base price, but this was still over double what I was expecting at most. It was extremely poor price transparency, and the total cost should have been communicated when the technician saw the scope of the job, especially if the phone rep is mentioning such a low base price.
I was very happy with my experience. Nathan called to reconfirm the appointment, was on-time, and installed lock and rekeyed in an efficient manner. Nathan was also very courteous and answered my questions. Highly recommend him and his company.
I called Nathan and he was excellent at the service he provided. He replaced the lock to our commercial building and gave us 2 keys. The price was excellent and he was very nice, professional, informative, and smelled great! I would recommend 85 Locksmith services to anyone needing fast, reliable, and affordable services.
The whole experience was great. The owner Nathan came out and re-keyed my 8 locks on my new home. Price was very reasonable and the work was quality. Whole job took less than a hour even with some tough older Titan locks. I would definitely recommend 85 Locksmith for quality professional work with good customer service.
Nathan was prompt to reply with quote and scheduling. He was courteous and gave good advice about what was needed for our home. He also gave us a great price for the work he did!
