96 Lives Vegan Bakery & Cafe

Great find through Happy Cow on our way to Buffalo! The owner is awesome and has excellent menu without being filled with to many options. We had the Ruben and Roast Beef sandwiches with sides of pasta salad. Both sandwiches are made of seitan and very good along with vegan cup cakes, also excellent! Everything is 100% crulety free so no worries on what you order. The prices are also extremely reasonable. Just more proof showing thing do not have to be expensive to be vegan!

Great little find in Lancaster! You'd never know it was vegan by the taste. The pastries are creamy and smooth and delicious. This is definitely a stop I'll make every time in Lancaster!

I love, love this place! The owner is an absolute doll and ensures everyone is personally greeted and made to feel welcome. The menu is rather extensive as, if you don't see it, definitely feel free to ask. Owner is continually extending the menu it seems. The food is amazing!

Had breakfast here with my sister, I had the tofu scramble and she had the pancakes. We also grabbed a couple pastries and cupcakes to go. Everything was absolutely amazing. The atmosphere is great, the people that run the bakery are warm and welcoming, a wonderful way to start a Saturday. My boyfriend who is not vegan had their strawberry turnover and said it tasted just like a non vegan pastry, and that it was delicious. The cupcakes are astonishingly scrumptious. So nice to have an all vegan place to enjoy - we will definitely be back!

I decided to stop in because I'm vegan but I brought my co workers with me who aren't. They absolutely loved the bakery items! So much so one of my co workers bought all of their turnovers!! All of them! Extremely friendly staff with quality food that's absolutely delicious! I recommend this cafe/bakery to anyone because its an experience in itself. Will definitely be back when I'm in the area again.

Stopped in today for the first time and wow!! This place is amazing. I got a pineapple turnover, a lemon-raspberry cupcake, a snickerdoodle cupcake, a plain and cinnamon raisin bagel, and a blueberry muffin and EVERYTHING was delicious. I will definitely be back. You would never know the stuff is vegan. The new location on central is really cute too!! : Highly recommended 10/10!!!!

I ordered cupcakes for my son's 4th birthday party, and they had to be dairy and nut free due to allergies. I was very pleased with the service Maxine and her staff were so friendly, the pricing, and the product. The cupcakes were delicious and all of my son's friends were able to eat them so nobody felt excluded because of their allegies. She mentioned she can also make them gluten free. I'm happy to have found this bakery . I will be ordering and visiting again!

My Husband brought me here on a Surprise visit. It was Welcoming!!! Absolutely Amazing Experience!!!! From the moment we walked in to the very end! The vegan Cupcakes were Awesome! Everything was Great! The owner was so Loveable!! Seem like we known each forever!!! We need more people like her in our world! I can not wait to visit again! I am so Grateful!!!

Outstanding desserts and food. A true treat for my dairy allergy son, and the rest of the family enjoys as well. The food is fresh, it’s clean inside and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. A kind and caring owner, it truly shows.

Such a wonderful experience at 96 Lives ! Im new to Vegan cooking & the owner was sooo kind & helpful & the food is wonderful ! We loved the homemade Macaroni & Cheese and the cupcakes & cookies were out of this world fabulous! We will definitely be returning! :-
