99 cents store has become the place I go for items I cannot find in other stores. A prime example is dried yellow split peas that I need in making a dessert. I couldn't find them in any of the groceries stores, American nor Asian. And I have also purchased helium balloons and well as stationaries such as white boards, markers and pens. And lately, I have discovered the fruits and veggies at 99 cents store at good price and good quality. I have purchased bags of mixed color bell peppers, blueberries, corns, and cherries at super low price compared to the regular grocery stores. You just to need to check. Some are good quality and some not as good. Rest assured, you can always get the seasonal items such as Graduation, July 4th, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year. But you need to get them ahead of time. It is now August and they are already selling Halloween and Fall/Thanksgiving items.
This place is fast and love the cashier Soniaaaaaaaa. She is very attentive and very kind and always has a smile on her face. She is a hard worker. She is going to go far with this company. They are lucky to have a hard worker on their team. Thank you for you service. So sorry meant the one on Azusa and Citrus. My bad. This is one good and has so much makeup and cool things for organizing.
The absolutely the worst store I have ever been in. Only two ladies working it and one is out to lunch. This place is a great rip off place. No one around.
Small store, sometime aisle are block with boxes. Fruit and vegetables section need decent lighting, or better shelving, they look dirty and unappealing. I guess that's not their main sale. Some choices of small appliances, tableware, and limited option on stationary. You can find nice planters, like the owl on photos, and bargain choices on celebrations / novelty items. Shelves sometimes empty. Staffs are friendly.
If your going to pay with food stamps and your cashier is Dulce, just know she will make sure that everyone in the store knows your paying with food stamps for no reason, very annoying experience here and the layout is weird but good stuff and deals.
This location was dismal at best. Old stock and dusty. Sirly staf didn't help matters
It is in a convenient location, the parking lot could use a huge make over, if I didn't know it was nice inside, I would try to find another location. Get rid of the people begging in the parking lot, it's scary for children. You have a Great Manager, he went over an beyond to help me, I don't remember his name, he was short and clean uniform, I'm guessing he is Mexican. God Bless You
My favorite 99 cent store they always have fresh lettuce and staff is friendly
Has many selections of different products especially for the makeup. Love it love it
Small but I like this store . Get my outside holiday decor there . Love the cashier from La puente she is super friendly and sweet .
