We first opened up in Downtown Buffalo at the Niagara Square in 1999. That is where our name came from. We later opened a second location on Bailey Avenue in 2003 and we moved there officially since then from our first location.

Hands down the best pho around!! Perfect every time, with high quality meat… which can make or break the meal. Outside of the food, the service is excellent!! The owner is always going above and beyond and is always so sweet. I always recommend this place when people say they haven’t had good pho and they’re always able to change their minds! Love it

Anytime I find Vietnamese restaurant with numbers with their name. They never disappoint me. Phó 88, 75, 83, and this time 99. Lol. They are all good. I'm happy to find this place while visiting Buffalo. Wish we have a restaurant like this in my neighborhood.Food: 5/5
This humble place uses exceptional choice meat as well as the broth. No fat, lean slices of meat, no oily broth whatsoever. Noodles used are not starchy and does not soak up the soup. One of the cleanest and best Pho!Food: 5/5
Exceptionally good food at a great price point. I have been back twice so far and I will definitely be returning again. It's a great place for a quick filling dinner for under $20.
Best pho I've had in in Buffalo! Great portion, quick service and friendly staff. Parking is tough but worth it. Parking: Very limited street parking only.
The food here is outstanding, no wrong choice on the menu!! The short ribs appetizer is AMAZING and I LOVE their pho noodles!!! Highly recommend!! I had the chicken pho noodles, egg roll and shared the little ribs. Sooo delicious!!
Staff is super friendly, bilingual if you care, awesome food, and have Jackfruit smoothies!!!! I have not seen Lanka in a restaurant in forever. We tried this place for the first time based on a review that said they saw a lot of door dashers picking up orders. And eouldn't you know, right after we ordered, in came a dasher to pick up an order. In fact it looked like he was well known by the staff, so we can attest to that other reviewer too. This has got to be a hidden gem if you don't live in the immediate area.
Their perfect bánh xèo is my favorite! Everything is always excellent here, great pho & vermicelli bowls. This place is so good Dine in: YesTakeout: Yes
Great Place to have some Pho, on a cold day in Buffalo. And their Beef short ribs are damn good. You can’t miss with this place.
