99 Restaurant

99 Restaurant and Pub is an eatery that has something for everyone, offering a wide variety of meals, including seafood, chicken, beef and pasta fares, plus a lot more. The establishment also supports the local high school athletic programs, with pictures of the teams and cheerleading squad. We arrived on a Tuesday evening shortly before 6:30. The place was moderately filled, and we were greeted and seated immediately. Kelsey, our pleasant server, attended to our needs while training a new hire. For an appetizer, we selected the Boneless Wings & Skins Sampler, which consisted of hand-breaded boneless wings covered in Gold Fever a mix of honey mustard and honey barbecue sauces and potato skins. The chicken was tender and not overly breaded, but still having a bit of a crisp. Also selected was the Pork Carnitas Mac & Cheese, crafted with cheese skillet-baked creamy cavatappi spiked with jalapeño peppers and topped with slow-roasted pork carnitas and Pico de gallo. The dish was also drizzled with chipotle sauce and fresh cilantro, and served with warm rustic bread. The pasta was made al dente, with the jalapeno peppers providing a pleasant bite. The pork was delicious, and all the combined ingredients meshed well, resulting in a delightful meal. Finally, we ordered a cheeseburger with Vermont cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, and pickles. The fried burger was fine, the bun was fresh, making this classic meal satisfying. Don't overlook 99 Restaurant and Pub. The food was very good, and the staff was hardworking, always aiming to please. I'd be very surprised if I discovered there weren't many loyal customers.

Chain restaurants are typically not on my list of restaurants where I prefer to eat quality food, but the 99 Restaurant was referred to me. And the "Serloin Tips" dish was also recommended and the steak was juicy and savory.

I don't understand as how a Restaurant can be kept so dirty right after Covid. Especially the Rest Rooms Men & Women's. I enjoy the food and Service but having a difficult time excepting the overall condition.Food: 4/5

Seven of us went to the 99 in W. Spfld, MA. on Wed. July 5th at 8:40PM. We were treated like enemies rather than customers. We had just finished performing in an outdoor summer concert. We hadn’t eaten since morning and we’re going in for dinner. We weren’t ordering alcohol. Even the manager shocked us with his rudeness. He said you can’t be in here after 9:30. One of our party left in disgust. Finally, we ordered and ate quickly. We were paid and done at 9:30. The manager walked over looking angry and politely, I said we are all set on time. He shouted we weren’t and continued his rant. We are all regular patrons of 99. Most of us go to the Westfield, Mass 99. You wouldn’t think it was the same company! Always a first class experience in Westfield! I and another member of our party called corporate this morning. Later in the day a lovely person did call and hear my story. She thought it was terrible. She certainly did the right thing in offering us a certificate to return to 99. We will, but it will be in Westfield!! PS-tonight, my wife and I dined at The Westfield 99. It was perfect as always. We were telling our server the story and she told her manager. Her manager was so taken back that they offered us a dessert. We respectfully declined and told them that this horrible experience pertained only to West Springfield! We are still 99 fans-just not that one!

Good location. Super friendly staff. Food was just okay. Husband had a steak. He said it was tasty but tough. The sides were a little small on the proportions. I had the chicken fried chicken. It wasn’t very good. Tasted a little off. Sent it back. Biscuits were hard.

Went there for prime ribs and they did not have them. Had to order something else. It is still good and delicious.

We get take-out from here fairly often, and its always good foodFood: 1/5

the evening was ruined, the steaks were overcooked, we didn’t even eat. the tableware was badly washed. recently the restaurant has deteriorated. we think that the administration will correct the shortcomings.

I would definitely recommend the Mac and cheese. I’m not one to order something like that because I can simply make it- but this is a different case! It’s soooooo yummy. The burgers are good quality and the waitress we had was perfect. Great atmosphere and food!

Great atmosphere, the food was awesome, and even though our server Kat was really over loaded with the 36 of us in our group she was serving, the service was top notch. I highly recommend this restaurant for everyone.Food: 5/5
