Great food, outstanding customer service. My wife and I visited this99 for the first time and had a great experience! Our server Rachel and her Manager went above beyond more than any other restaurant to make sure we got the best quality surf and turf dishes we ordered. We were treated like family and I will be back with my parents next time. A refreshing place to eat with people who are kind, work very hard, and do the best for their customers!!! Highly recommend.

I am giving them 5 Stars because the staff is amazing. They are very attentive and made sure we were comfortable. Also, the best time to visit is on Thursday for happy hour, wings are 59 cents on Thursday and other appetizers are good , drinks are also included my drink was off the happy hour menu . Great place to visit

My burger was not good. Sent back twice and finally did not get anything else. My granddaughter had to send hers back too. She was able to eat most of hers.Food: 5/5

I wanted badly the Chicken, apple etc salad. Unable to walk very far caused a big problem. They won't take telephone orders to be delivered to car. On the second trip I walked in to order, never do it again. Salad was awesome but service horribleFood: 5/5

Nicole has been our waitress since the summer when we were eating outside. She is pretty awesome at her job, very friendly and helpful especially with a hard order that we get every time we go. The chicken parm was a little sketchy pre pandemic but now it is delicious. I wish this picture could show how tender the chicken is and delicious. Oh my ....

Came here earlier this month. The steak and the shrimp were tasty. I recommend this place to people who like a casual dining experience

Great visit to the Cromwell 99 for a birthday dinner with my mom. The food was wonderful, cooked perfectly. The service was also top notch thanks to waitress Caitlyn. She never left us waiting for anything. The manager was also very nice and helpful. We will definitly return here and I recommend this place.

I use to love this place. This is the second time I've gone there recently and it was not good. Yesterday I went with my three kids, their spouses and their kids 5 grandgirls for my birthday. Food took forever. They brought it out and our server asked if she could get us anything else. I said 'yeah, dinner'. They brought all of them out except mine. So she 'checks" with the kitchen. She apologized and blamed the kitchen for being ', behind ' and they're making it. Yeah, ok, they're behind. If that were true, you would have said that when all the other dinners were brought out. You said nothing about that AND if you hadn't come around the other side of the table, you would have left and not even gone to the kitchen! The steak and scallops dinner that was $26 wasn't cooked right. The steak was rare which I asked to be cooked medium, it was fatty and not good. When she brought the bill over $250 they didn't even comp us anything! One of my daughters asked about being comped and they took half price off the dinner!

A nice restaurant chain comfortable with what it provides: casual dining. Waitress was appropriately helpful, food was good, price was good.Food: 4/5

Wonderful dining experience here at the 99 in Cromwell friendly atmosphere Good vibrations just like the Beach boys got to love it!
