9Round offers a full 30 minute kickboxing workout. You'll move through 9 rounds at 3 minute increments. High Intensity Interval Training, so you're moving at a fast pace and pushing your limits the whole 30 minutes. Your membership includes UNLIMITED workouts, circuit training, workout changes daily, an online nutritional portal, and a trainer is always included. We don't have class times so you're never late, a new workout starts every 3 minutes.
