011 Morningside by The Baron

Awesome variety of gin! Good food but slow service.

I have been to 011 a couple of times. Their waiters have a good knowledge of the menu and you always have attention. The food is also great, and the place attracts a decent crowd. The outside sitting area is pretty nice, and so is the inside. There is safe parking, both open and underground, and security is visible at all times. This is a suitable place for a chilled hangout.

While there was construction going on in the parking area and surrounds, which was a bit frustrating for a first time visitor to the centre. I was pleasantly surprised when i arrived at the restaurant. The staff was friendly and the place looked amazing. Reminded me of my recent visit to Bali! The Gin menu scored 10/10 from all the ladies at the table and the value for money dishes were divine! The best was saved for last with the mouth watering deserts. Amazing place!

Had one of my absolute most memorable meals here. Some of the best Gin cocktails in the area, and you will have a good time here with friends. Can get busy and loud.

They have quite a comprehensive gin menu. The service wasn't the best though. We had to call the waiter for attention all the time, that in itself took an infinity. He got the orders wrong a few times. The food was good, not the best but decent. Would I recommend the place? Definitely not the 011 in Morningside.

Fantastic local pub / eatery. They've got an extensive gin bar, and typically excellent Baron menu. The place is often booked, so call ahead if you can. There are adjoining restaurant and bar rooms, the bar area has the feel of a garage - in a good way :

Good gin selection. Food is good quality and value for money. Cozy and relaxed vibe. Don't let the construction at the wedge centre put you off. This is our new favourite local spot.

Great steak great services and one of the best gin bars in Morningside... Had something they call a medetterainian which is Chorizo and hulumi cheese combo that's is brilliant... Also a must. Try is the fillet with bone marrow very yummy.

Great gin variety, T-bone steak with veggies was cooked to perfection. But some in our group had an issue with their meals underwhelming oxtail and dryish pasta.

The food is good, service is good, price is fair for the setting but I reckon the quality can be better for what you pay. Anyway, nothing amazing, hence the 4 stars. Will return though
