I was recently referred to 0861banner for help with creating a banner for the Ladies Golf Club I belong to. I have never experienced such utterly shoddy service from anyone in my life. First, the business WhatsApp account used for communicating with clients to take the orders etc, is so unresponsive. Whoever is managing it, can take up to 3 days before responding, and usually it would be after me following up. Then, on 23rd June 2022 I went to pick up my banners as agreed, only to find that my banners were given to someone else, and they didn't know who they gave my banners to. After what felt like hours, Zanele, finally told me who took the banners and promised me that the banners will be retrieved and delivered to me the following day, i.e. Friday 24 June. Again, no word from them, I called, texted, to enquire where my banners were. Their driver called after 18:30 in the evening from somewhere, not my estate...Agreed to arrange for delivery on Saturday, 25th June 2022. Let's just say, I still do not have my banners, and have not even had a word from them. And to think we had ordered another banner from them! To say I am frustrated is an understatement.
