Use to do a lot of business with this company and to be honest, after tonight, Im not so sure that I want to continue doing business with them. Staff has somewhat of a snotty attitude with no interest in listening to what a customer has to say. Offered me R150 for a R7000+ DeLonghi cappuccino machine. Told me my machine was not complete when in fact it actually is 100% complete and in perfect working condition. Staff showed no interest in listening or looking at the facts when I tried to prove my case by showing examples of different models ...... Long story short, unprofessional attitude towards customers and ridiculous offers for goods. I have pawned with these guys since 2014 and have always collected my things on time, I have bought goods from their showroom just as much as Ive pawned by them. no respect towards customers customer of 8 years. Ill rather take my business elsewhere.!
Went to cash Factory yesterday, They had 4 laptops that was wasted and when i say this it is exatly what i ment. I asked the sales person what they are going to do with this, He told me that they are going to dump it. So i asked if i can maybe buy it of them because i use it for spares. They owner then said he wants R4500.00 for it. Please let me remind you that this laptops WASTED. All of them fell apart one had pieces cut out of it. I dont know how this place can still exist. The have a few sound bars i think its LG. At game you can get them now for R999.00 new, This company sells it for a Whapping R1500.00 now on special for R900 and this sounbars are used and forget about discount oh no if the owner says no then it is no bra. Or that what he told a client yesterday who wanted to buy laptops. Most of the stuf they sell is broken or damaged in some way. they dont have any respect for any one doesent matter what you buy or sell. I wont recomend this place to any one, dont waste your time and please rather go to cash converters or cash crusaders they pay better give warrantys on everything you buy.
Went to this establishment today and WOW!!! I was absolutely appalled!!! The unfriendliest staff - worst prices in all of Pretoria!!! Cannot believe this place is still in business!!! Absolutely HORRIBLE!!!!
Do not even waste your time! These people have no idea what customer service is. They are so rude! Terribly slow! We waited for 45 minutes just so that we can pay for a table we purchased from them. The cashier stood there, shouting at me to not tell him how to do his job - this after I politely noted we are in a hurry.
Pathetic values offered, staff are very unprofessional and whatsapp responses are very cold and so unprofessional, would not suggest to anybody
I found a laptop at a bargain price at this shop. The laptop could not charge and salesperson allowed me to use my multimeter tester and only to find that the charger was not working. I also brought my extra charger and it worked, hence bought the item, which by the way saved around 800 bucks. At pawn shop, you buy items as they are. I thank the sales guys who allowed me to test the items before I could buy.
DO NOT PAWN ANY OF YOUR ITEMS AT THE CASH FACTORY. This place has incredibly in considerate staff, that mishandle and break your items. NOT A TRUSTABLE PLACE
Theses guys are sharks. They will give you a pittance for your good. Exploitive of the poor and needy. I would not recommend supporting them by buying their goods or selling to them.
Hi , just bought a Xbox One S from you guys today as a gift for my cousin who is turning 13 tomorrow, I tested it there with you guys and saw that it was in a low resolution 640x480 thinking it was just in a safe mode , I get home and give it a good wipe and when I plug it in to test its still the same , so I just went to the Resolution settings and changed it to 1080p and it shows nothing no signal on the screen , I try and try and try over again and still no luck , as far I I understand it is a faulty chip on the board itself called a retimer Chip and that is what allows you to change yo higher or lower Resolutions , Please if you guys could get back to me about what we can do to resolve this problem as it is a important day for my younger cousin tomorrow.
The man at the face of the business is rude and unhelpful, he should not be interacting with customers and is using his little power to drive customers away. Would NEVER recommend.
