I loved the location and its convenience for a staycation. The gravel road was not too bad. Then staff were always welcoming and ready to assist with a smile and with the utmost respect. If there’s anything to go on about this place it’s their culinary experience. I loved their food.  The room was spacious but the bathroom is tiny with chapped floors and furniture with spider webs.  The dress down towels were old and discoloured. I think the resort should refer all spa treatments to their neighbours, it’s really not worth the amount we paid for.  We were expecting a full spa experience and not mobile spa for that amount. We were fortunate to experience their Father’s Day event which was nice.  Kindly inform guests who will be quad biking to bring their drivers license ‘s.

The rooms were very spacious and well maintained, The buffet was always great, the game drive was great, quadbikes were great. The reception and kitchen staff were nice and friendly. The pool was very clean and well maintained OVERALL 26 DEGREES IS SUPER GREAT, LOVED IT.  Food & drinks: Enjoyed the free complementary cocktails

Overall a lovely place. The gravel road is not bad and actually scenic as we saw animals walking close to the road. In general the staff are friendly and helpful except for the male staff member at reception. The rooms are big and clean. The food very nice. The pool is not great. It's not user-friendly for old or very young people as there is no shallow end and only one step which is very high but no rails for support. Also not enough chairs around the pool. In general a very nice place which is peaceful and quiet for a short trip.  Rooms: Spacious and comfortable especially the bed

Very beautiful place and gorgeous location. It has its own gamedrive, and you can easily see giraffes and zebras on the territory. Be careful to close the windows - monkeys are jumping inside to search for food. Food is delicious, service is really high, the staff is very helpful and trying to resolve any situations you might have.

Definitely need to do some upgrading to the bathrooms, some new toilet seats are in order and carpets. But the staff and service are so incredibly friendly and helpful and on point with their hospitality, they really make you feel so welcome and will go out of their way with no effort to make you happy, I can honestly say that was some of the best service I have recieved from the servers at the restaurant to the concierge and the chefs and the activities guys really well done. I will definitely recommend this place you will not regret your stay here and will leave feeling wonderful  Nearby activities: Quad bikes, trail walks, game drives, swimming pool  Food & drinks: Great options of buffet or menu options and room service

I must say the service is out of this world. Friendly, quickly, and accommodative. Loved the quad biking and picnic set-up.  My birthday celebration was awesome

The place was very relaxing and atmosphere amazing. The room was spacious and comfortable. The room was clean with clean linen and towels. The only downside was that I was able to hear either the room next door or upstairs directly abovenot entirely sure which room because I tried not to pay attention to their communication. Plus no kids below 4 years,which made sense judging by how I could hear people talking from their room. Staff were amazing,I enjoyed the game drive and quadbiking with their employee, Vusimuzi,who was very knowledgeable and allowed friendly. Food was also amazing and delicious. The place is definitely worth visiting again.

I don't even know what to say hey, but from the moment we arrived the service was great, the staff very friendly all of them they made our stay beautiful. The food is very nice and simple. . . I'm sure for the few days a person was there weight was gained lol. Nothing lovely like constantly seeing Animals passing by the Baboons the Poomba's etc. . . .

Clean, neat, tidy, consistent. Friendly accommodating staff. Dining service is beyond measure. Lovely beds and linen. Working amenities. Beautiful bedroom views. It's not easy to get so much right, you are all doing a great "job" at it.

Went to 26D for my birthday and had the best time, the rooms were way better than what’s shown on the website, everything clean and fresh. The service was 10/10, the stuff was extremely friendly and efficient, the food was amazing best breakfast buffet there could ever be, loved everything about this place . We will definitely be visiting again soon.
