Not clean. Other people's hair in the bed and on the towels. The bed wasn't made properly and there were stains on the bedding. Couldn't tell if it was fresh or an old stain. All the soap dispensers  were broken and there was no soap. The pool was dirty. Could be a lovely place if little details like this gets looked into.Rooms: 1/5

This place was good for a quick sleepover; but be prepared to take a cold shower; & feel pretty awkward; while the rules are being conveyed to you in a fast; soft blabber; while your ID/Drivers' lisence is being copied.  I am giving it 3 stars; simply because of cleanliness and the closeness to East Rand Mall.

Had to wait ages to be let in. The room was not bad the shower difficult to get hot water. Nowhere to plug in hairdryer. Said there was coffee and tea available only rooibos and no milk. Could offer guests something to eat maybe some biscuits or rusks. Let ourselves out nobody in sight again. Don't  think we would go back.Rooms: 2/5

Service is great,staff friendly,lovely and quiet. Breakfast was good  .The room is amazing and my child just loves the pool.I would recommend this place any time.
