Our prices
we charge a rate from R50/sq.m to R150sq.m rate across most of our services depending on complexity and time towards your future home.
eg: plans for standard modern construction Home with 3x BDR, 1x Kitchen, 1x Dinning and Lounge = 100sq.m @R50/sq.m = R5000 excl Building Council Submission (additional R1000 for Building Council Facilitation).terms and conditions apply.
