I bought this couch last year sometime. Although it looks good in the picture, it is hard and extremely uncomfortable.
I’m never ordering anything from this store!!! Staff is very unprofessional and disrespectful!!! They don’t know how to treat their clients. I have been waiting for my order for days now, every time I call they say my order is on the way but it never gets here
I am not too happy with the couch I got from this store, I have only had this couch for a month and a couple of days and the cloth covering the couch is already wearing off. Would I recommend anyone after this experience? I highly doubt!!!! This is actually upsetting if you ask me, to think I'm not always home nor do I even use the couch that much? And it's already wearing. This is ridiculous.
I placed an order Monday 15th of Aug, was promised delivery Friday 19th of Aug, then they changed it to Saturday morning 20th of Aug. Then it was again changed to 3pm that afternoon. Needless to say the delivery was not done and no update received as yet. Terrible service
Sent a whatsapp to confirm stock, they confirmed. When I got to the store they said no stock!
Worst delivery service Iv ever experienced in my life. The driver dropped the couch at the door and went to tend to other ppl. I had to unscrew a couch and carry it with my baby sister. If you buy anything pls use your own delivery services. Very unprofessional delivery services.
I bought couches from 5 Star in Midrand in Feb. Now in March I discovered a fault and they had promised to come to my house to fix the couches ... I waited for them since the 2nd of April 2022 from 9:30.... Till today the 4th of April .... Even went to the store and have been calling them since.... The service is bad indeed and they lack professionalism. As a client, they should have ensured that they assist me. I would have had an issue if they did a proper job on my couches .... This is an update ... On this day, the 8th of April, I received a call from Cylia Van Tonder and it was not a pleasant call ... 1st the Manager lied to her about coming out to my house on his off day, then instead of Cylia getting the real story from me, she attacks the customer.... Clearly.... The Service there is just not on point plus lack of integrity.... Why lie as a Manager??????
Very impressed! Our order was delivered on the same day that we ordered it and for the price that we paid for our beside tables, the quality was better than we expected!
Amazing service and good quality products will continue to do service with 5 star Furniture 2022 update all furniture still in great quality thanks for the new blue couch awesome will continue to do business with this establishment
Over promise and under deliver should be your motto. And don’t forget getting the manufacturing wrong even after drawings with measurement were supplied and it was confirmed several times. I wonder what happened to Abram’s come rain or shine we deliver to satisfaction. Prices may be good but i wont support again nor recommend as the treatment and after sales service is non existent So you respond in a lot of BS The response is utter rubbish as we have just had a mamza set in royal blue custom made with 2 x 3 seater iso 3 x 3 seater.  do yourself a favour and learn your business or at least look into your orders before shooting rubbish responses from the hip. you have just proved my point....jokes on you
