I stood three hours for just a paper collection. The tellers are so slow and not bothered by clients, helping 1 client a whole hour. Terrible service indeed I went in at 12:00 and I was assisted at 15:00,the whole time I was standing.
The service is really slow...how can you wait for hours to be attended to and even after the sad part is they don't resolve your issue
