They don't deserve even a star,had a bad service with them,and assisted by Koketso Ledwaba/moropa.had to take a day off from work to collect a card on Wednesday, she gave me a card not working.had to wait again for weekend to go back to get card working,unfortunately that rise another problem where i had to give her proof of payment,which is i did,i sent her an email at that moment from 2 different banks, and hand over one statement from the counsel, but i couldn't get help. Now the system is not working, i couldn't understand how not working cuz i just left to collect water statement from the car and now system is not working but she's busy helping the other customers.she should know that some of of is difficult to spare time just to go to the bank.got to eastrand mall same day i was assisted without all the drama.

They take all your details at the entrance which might take a while. Queue are super slow . Monsieur said electricity cables were stolen. Just makes you tired

Friendly staff but not enough to serve the people.. Imagine Queuing for 30min just to get my statements stamped
