Excellent Customer Service. Just a suggestion can we have more consultants also on weekends coz we not expecting to be spending more an hour at the bank as more people are free to do banking on weekends On the other I received Great Service from Tshepiso very helpful and willing to assist not only me I actually observed how she was so open to helping every client. Very polite and down to earth . Please keep up the good work. 4 stars for the Branch and without a doubt 5 stars for Tshepiso excellent service indeed.

When I call the Branch I hold on for 10 minutes just to be told by answering machine "The person you are contacting is not available"! Where in my lifetime has service never been available during office hours? No service anymore!!!

I have come into your branch many times and each time has been shocking service! The excuse every time iscthatvthere isn't enough staff.well today there were 3 tellers on duty and not one acknowledged me. Having to beg for service is ridiculous! I feel it's time to change banks and I'm sure u won't care either if u loose another account. Totally disheartened

10.04 am . Only one counter is open . 8 people in the queue. Takes about 20 minutes to close with one customer . Congratulations for your outstanding service delivery !

This branch actually closes at 11am and not 12 pm so if you care about clients, change this msleading information thank you!! They also don't have a back up generator so before you go there, to save your time and frustrations, check the loadshedding schedule.

Customer service was great at this branch. Friendly and professional. I wish all banks were like this.

How can you call yourselves a bank when you dont even pick up your phones. You have how many consultants there sitting doing nothing, staring into space. Can you please pick up a phone. Absa service just seems to get worse.

I miss Caryn. She's the best Enterprise Banker I've ever dealt with. The current Enterprise Bankers at this branch, I have one word for them, USELESS! They say they'll call you back to update you on an issue with my account that they're entirely responsible for, but they never do! ABSA's been owing me MY money that they incorrectly charged on my account - for over 3 months and counting now they're processing the journal! Currently looking for an alternative, I can't continue banking with ABSA. This is abuse.

I don't recommend doing banking here. There system was so slow it has taken them 3 days to open an account that costs R4 a month. They have 4 chairs but only one customer service agent. The customers have to wait extremely long for any kind of service.
