I write this review with a heavy heart. I sent my Land Rover Freelander in for a full service. by the end of the day i heard nothing and was concerned so I tried calling but no answer. Eventually a few minutes before 5pm they answered only to be told my vehicle was not ready. The next day after getting confirmation that my vehicle would be ready by close of business, I went around to collect only to find out that nothing had been done besides oil, oil filter and my clutch been set that I didn't ask for. they said that the air filter and fuel filter etc were still good. Again I said this is not what I asked for and doing nothing took 2 days. After complaining to the reception lady who was cocky I decided to leave. 5400 km down the road my car is spluttering, wont idle, cuts out continuously. I didn't want to make a big scene as we are business neighbor's but I am now quite angry about this. I don't want to take my car back there as I have lost faith in them. we have 4 vehicles in our fleet and them being neighbor's would have been very convenient for us. I feel the need to rant as i would not like this done to anyone else. so who do I trust now to service my vehicles? I should have ranted earlier but I did not want bad vibes and honestly was hoping the problem would go away with some fuel additives. Anyway, now to find someone that can actually service a vehicle...maybe youtube can do it better.
