I've had really good and friendly service from Herman and the rest of the staff in store .But, to try and get a quote on a Solar installation is ridiculous. If a business can't be bothered to quote, the backup will be non existent.

The customer service was good, but I was lied to when they had ordered a product for me, which did not come complete. I was made to pay a full price prior to the product being delivered with no further discount after the product was delivered with a missing the cable, and I was told that they called ahead to advise me, which they didn't. Total honesty would be good, the lies just made me have a bad perspective on them.

Never been given such great respect and best services at any other electrical store provincewide, Best prices, Friendly stuff, nice shop, sales guys were very helpful technically. There is just one lady who screams at stuff, very unprofessional, i wouldnt want to work with her But other than that ACDC NELSPRUIT delivers the best services . Keep up the good work Staff.

This is a huge electrical store that will have anything from switches, wall plugs, wiring, piping, lights, globes etc when you want to build or renovate your house. When I entered the shop I were assisted by friendly staff that gave me advice and helped me to obtain what I needed.
