I walked in just to grab an extension cable. I'm so used to staff not bothering when a customer walks in. Willie came up to me and greeted and then walked me to what I needed and then also gave me a 20% discount on the item! When at the till I was served by Vishal who then took even more time to explain the different inverter systems and wowed me with his product knowledge and eagerness to be of service. I will go back to this store even though it's far from me just for the customer experience.

I ordered something and completely received something else. So the day prior I ordered 4m x35mm cables cut in 2x 1.5m and 2x 0.5m but to my surprise I received something completely different. I received 1x 1.5m, 1x 1.2m, 1x 0.8m and 1x 0.5m like how is this even acceptable. The cable lugs i received are the wrong size. It’s not what i have ordered. I was given 6mm lugs while I ordered 10mm lugs, now the 6mm don’t fit my batteries. I had to compromise already on the size cuts provided but the lugs isn’t what was ordered. But the manager called me the next day to rectify this matter and make sure i received what i have ordered. I thank him for this wonderful customer support.

Its pretty sad when a place like ACDC doesn't even have a volt meter in their shop... Its the second time this place disappoints me

Staff does not know what products is selling in their own shop. No knowledge of the products or whats in the store. AC/DC Express should be selling products to the public and should be available not only in bulk. Isn't it AC/DC Dunamics that should sell more bulk.

These reviews are really scary... I wanted to go there, but after reading this dont think its a good idea. The apologies seem generic. Like a bot that says sorry not a human being that is upset and furious that customers are treated badly and that eventually this business will lose money. Last time I checked, South Africa was and currently is in a terrible economic struggle... Thanks for the reviews peeps.

Service was good and orders placed were received in a timely manner . "Returns are exchanged for in store credit only" , less than ideal returns policy .

Used ACDC for first time today and last time. Salesperson extremely poor.Don't return phone calls, don't notify person parts have arrived, did not order parts from HO.4 days later when i go to collect goods , whilst serving me,aswers phone and helps someone else..Nice to waste my time.....I will spend my money somewhere else

Got what you need, cheap in some departmernts, but there own brand is a bit pricey , never tried it so cant comment on its quality
