Crazy how you sell a loose product and then get told at the till you may only swipe your card for R20 or more. I need one you sell one but I cant swipe my card crazy. The manager, Douglas was like it's our policy so take it or leave it.....no signage posted about the policy. One more customer lost due to a ridicules policy.
On my visits there, I experienced customer service at its level best, greatly rendered by cashiers Johannah and her team. I was very impressed, we need more cashiers like her. Keep up the good work
Great service and wide range of products. Something for both the budget and quality sensitive buyer. Staff is quick to assist and give good advice. Lots of parking.
Number of services they have available like key cutting, glass cutting, etc. Provides most different household materials for building, renovation and repairs. Many building material they have available wood, metals, floor and roof tiles, toiletsand bathroom materials, gardening equipments and materials all sort of nails, screws and bolts. Also have household electric machine some at a cheaper prices and their replacement materials.
Great. Quick and efficient service. Prices are reasonably lower. My challenge is they close too early at Silverton. Saturday 1200, they are already done.

Horrible service. Was looking for a power tool, first the salesman didn't know what it was how are you a salesman in a hardware store if you don't know what a belt sander is. After I had explained what it was he gave me a prive and that they have in stock. Drove all the way to the store just to be told that there is no stock
Got what I needed and the personeel was gracious enough to indicate where I could purchase table clths nearby, which is clearly not in their product lines
