So my husband started fermenting all sorts of goodies in our kitchen. I didn't show much interest, until my baba was born and she had her daddy's terrible allergies. We read up on Water Kefir and started giving her this magic probiotic drink. Well, a couple of month later and her allergies are gone and I am totally in love with the fantastic healing properties of Water Kefir.
I started experimenting with different flavors and now here we are! We are selling and I hope that this wonder from nature will provide as much joy to everyone who drinks it, as it does to us.
