Bought a tool set with a vice grip and a loose vice grip . Both vice grips are wonky after 1 month attached are pics of the vices and a new one. The manger claims it's abuse of tools and no warranty due to marks on the vice. The brand new vice in packaging also has marks.
Have always supported adendorff, with no problems. But am writing this review because I’ve been left no option.. they have let me down horribly, two sets of very expensive chainsaw gloves were put onto my invoice, that i didn’t buy. I don’t even own a chainsaw!!! I didn’t notice at first, and the only reason it came to light is because I needed the invoice reprinted two months later for accounting purposes. When I brought up the matter. I got past around from employee to employee all doubting me. We have been struggling for two weeks now trying to resolve this and everyone couldn’t care less that they charged me R590 for something I never bought. I will be going to head office. Because I am absolutely infuriated.. as a customer that has returned many time and bought online too. I am shocked by this. I feel robbed. INV 10B003582, checked out by Philanid

Great shop to go to when you need machinery and supplies. The staff are very helpful and know a lot about the products they sell. The new location is amazing and has way more parking.
Excellent range and the most reasonable tools I've found. Also the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I've been buying tools from them for years and always had good service.
Great place to get some very reasonably priced tools that you generally do not find in your standard tool suppliers, sadly much of the website machinery advertised is not available in the Durban based stores and only available in their larger Johannesburg stores.

I struggled a bit to find it but they have an awesome selection of stuff. I was just sad they don't have a delivery arrangement.

Very bad service as they sent me from one counter to another back and forth until I nearly lose it then a guy assisted from the parts division and didn't know what I was talking about even when I showed him pics of a machine that is their own house brand. 45min wasted
