One of the very best hardware stores in the metro. Excellent pricing on everything, and they often have really good promotions on items that are useful. Great range of stock and the sales guys know their stuff. Easy parking right outside the door for easy loading of your purchases.

Sent a email a week ago regarding a quote on new tools i need to replace. Gave a list and even product code of certain items that might confuse them. Its over R10K spending value but no feedback, no quote...nothing. Looks like they dont need the business. For service and feedback I give them a 2 star.

I want to say to the owner of adendorff port elizabeth how disappointed i am in the service i received!! NOT ONCE did i receive a call from you as the owner and you said you would!! or any staff i had to repeat call constantly then you guys load a 360kg machine with a forklift and expect me to carry it off by hand. i find that absolutely silly that you can sell a machine and not offer that service to get it onto the clients property and further more you have no one who can put the machine together now i must waste days trying to figure out how this machine gets put together. R50000 and i must guess where the parts go. I STILL MENTIONED I NEED COMPRESSORS EXTRACTORS AND THOUSANDS OF RANDS WORTH OF MORE TOOLS THAT I WOULD HAVE SUPPORTED YOU WITH BUT I SHALL GO TO TOPDOGTOOLSHOP FROM NOW ON THANK YOU FOR SHOWING ME YOUR POOR SERVICE.

Service was okay. A lot of staff on the floor to offer assistance and when I told the one gentlemen what I was looking for he seemed to be willing to assist at rather an below average pace. Upon selecting my product it was stocked on the top shelf which was another delay. All in all 35 mins for a simple product felt alittle long.

Always good and friendly service. They repaired my very old generator and only charge for the parts. I would go back to them anytime. Very reasonable prices on new tools and equipment too.

Your new website is not user friendly at all. Crashes and also does not even react on action buttons. Really a backwords step.

Worst service experience ever, started dealing with them in December 2020. The equipment I bought from thm doesn't last and they always try and shift the blame. In the image is a machine I bought and this machine was a day old and they open up the tappets to set it manually, when we asked why they would do that on a brand new machine the manager said sometimes the tappets are to stiff that's why, I mean on a brand new machine. I reported a oil leak and he said the oil heats up and thn gets thin so it will spill out on top but a friend of mine with the same machine doesn't have that problem. To top it of with some arrogance the manager said, I'll clean this thing up and sell it as is to another customer. I will never refer anyone to buy from them.

A big variety of various items. Like a shopping mall is to women, Adendorff is to men.

Good stock, good prices, just needs more parking
