When we were there this morning, we received excellent service. But try calling the store & they will literally pick up & hang up. I'm not impressed
Great range of shoes & basic/fashion apparel. The active wear however is best suited to Gym, Golf & general training. No specific gear for runners or other specific sports.
Wide selection of leisure ware with pleasant and welcoming staff. Prices might be a little on the higher side but the quality and styles make up. I will consider them first for any sporting requirements
More staff than customers yet there is no offer of assistance. And when you do get a staff member's attention they are utterly useless and unhelpful. I would give 0 stars but the one star is purely for the range of stock.
I had a wonderful experience with a worker who helped me find a shoe on sale. After waiting in the queue, i found out they mislabeled the shoe as a sale item when it was not. I pointed it out to the manager who then decided to fix the wrong label but not give me the sale price- despite being affirmed by the worker that she thought it was on sale too. The manager, Ameer, was incredibly rude and dismissive. I found a new shoe that did fit the same exact shoe but in adults rather than junior size- which now was on sale but the only size available was the demo shoe and the store was missing the second pair. Frustrated after spending an hour and a half in the store, the manager still ignores the legal code that meant he had to give me the first pair for the listed sale price because they made a mistake- they then didn’t make any amendments for not having the second shoe of the same exact brand in the adults version. Again, possibly the worst customer service i’ve ever experienced mixed with the fact that the manager was engaging in illegal commercial practice by refusing to give the mislabeled sale price.
Loving the new store. The staff are so friendly and helpful even though the store is really busy. Picked up some really good bargains.

Love the store! I received exceptional customer service from the store manager, Ameer Pather! He went above and beyond helping me get the perfect Adidas sneaker for my son. He personally kept me updated with feedback despite the busy schedule of Black Friday weekend. Amazing service

It's probably my favorite Adidas outlet. They have a wide range of clothing and customer service was exceptional. They paid attention to detail regarding my clothing needs and eager to go and extra mile to find what I need
