A week of no confirmations after paying for an item online. I submit emails asking about it - no reply. I call the 0860 no. - it doesn't exist. I call their Cape Town head office and get forwarded to Indian support. Order has been cancelled due to unavailable item, despite no other indications. Still have to wait a week for the refund to reflect back on my card. Atrocious customer service experience.

Worst return order service I've ever experienced. Been waiting almost 3 months now; even after multiple emails and phone calls. They consistently give the same cookie cutter responses.

Terrible service received on return/refund of items bought via online store. Why must returns be handled by staff in India?! I sit with no refund, no shoes as they were collected and continuous emails sent and phone calls made to follow up due to a worker based outside of SA capturing the incorrect return. I've bought numerous times before and never had such shocking service.

Worst customer service. Paid for express delivery, took more than a week to arrive in Central durban. Adidas blames the courier IT, courier services. Courier IT cannot be bothered whether it was express delivery or not. Please do not buy from addidas online, they only interested in taking your money. There is NO assistance from addidas wrt the assistance of the delivery.I will never buy from Adidas ever again.

The land line on Google doesn't work at all..there is even a voice message that the office is closed from December 2019 to Jan 2020..yet we in 2023

The parking situation is immensely annoying because they do not accept card and you have to pay at the boom gate! I would think that Adidas can afford to pay for card terminals or a parking machine just to make it better. Not everyone carries cash and the ATM is in a whole other building/section.

I am an avid Adidas supporter and have always been loyal to the brand even when facing poor quality product. In the past year I have purchased 3 Adidas Soccer boots, the first had broken within the 6 months guarantee period where the boot tore apart from the sole and was then replaced by a second boot which also tore apart from the sole in the same fashion. I then went back to Adidas to tell them about the poor quality product and thus was told that it was due to my sizing being incorrect. The store manager then replaced my boot once again as me being loyal to the brand would give them a chance to rectify the issue, as it was stated it was due to sizing the third boot has done exactly the same after 7 months. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the product in a brand that I associate with value for the money I spend with the brand.
