I'm sitting at home with no alarm system working, after a whole break in where I had to alert your team that there is a break in at my house. This is a week after the technical team came to replace my battery and check if the system is working properly. I have to now wait till the 28th to have the technical team come fix the system and replace the beam that was so easily disconfigured by these thieves. No cars seen patrolling even after one of your managers saw the damage that was here. Really 5 star hey

This is the absolute worst company to deal with. I would give them no stars if I could. They are desperate for money so use underhanded ways to catch people. I vacated a rental property years ago. Now suddenly I start getting invoices for Fidelity to pay for services. I never signed up or used their services. They don't answer their phones and dont respond to emails and then they just report you to the credit bureau. Please take my advice and avoid at all cost. Their service is beyond shocking

ADT is a scam, technicians don't know fokol about installation, management is weak and shows no remorse. The way they conduct business its as if they are paying us. Had a horrific experience, wouldn't recommend this company. Looking for alternative security solution. Found an alternative security solution called TRSS, our alarm system is working perfectly fine, after ADT told us we needed to replace our Texecom system because its old.

In March 2022 I had to replace the battery of my system, which I did it was a special - R 632,5 including VAT - and did not mention that it's a voetstoots sale. It's now December 2022 and the battery is low again - it's only 9 months later!!. ADT is letting me know that they do not give a warranty, guarantee or any legal required alternative on batteries which basically equates to voetstoots - is it even possible with batteries? and the replacement amount is R 573 for labour and 585 for the battery - naturally excluding VAT - so the expense is R 1,332,10. Adding a cost of +/- R 2,000 every 9 months for batteries to the fact that ADT is not able - or willing - to connect my electric fence to the system, makes me wonder: is ADT a security company or just a clever disguised ponzi scheme to rip off private households. I am for sure looking for alternatives - this cannot be the standard for security companies.

Absolutely pathetic, burgled Saturday evening and no response from them, they claim they never received the alarm activation. Previous time the alarm triggered they arrived a half hour later. You don't get what you pay for. Definitely going back to Beagle Watch.

Absolute Pathetic service. Two hours late for a alarm call out when my mother and two kids were alone at home. Took me three weeks to terminate my contract. And eventually when I cancelled, they had the nerve to ask for a second chance... The bloody nerve! I would highly recommend to think twice before using ADT.

Stay away. We have been waiting three weeks for a technician so we are left without an alarm. ADT can still not give me a date and time for a technician to come out. Look at other suppliers.

Getting a technician to our premises to resolve a faulty alarm took over a month and over 20 calls. Eventually when he arrived, he charged me R2500 for new batteries and said the alam is fixed. The alarm is not fixed. It still goes off multiple times every night which means I get phoned multiple times every night. Every time I answer, I ask them to send a tech which they never do. I asked them to put a note on my record to never phone me unless there was a burglary, but they still phone me every single time the alarm has a false activation because the helpdesk staff don't open my account to see the note. It is now impossible for me to get the alarm fixed and impossible to get one good nights uninterrupted sleep. I give up. I don't actually know what to do any more.

If you want security, please go somewhere else. Not only do they provide no service but we canceled our contract over a month ago, still no refund so not only did they nearly cost me my life but they are now holding my money as well. Very unprofessional as I have followed up 10 times and no response

Disappointing services! Dispatch for activated alarms takes place 1 hour later! Why pay for services when it delivers at the same rate as our government!? Really Disappointing services!
