Always a battle to communicate with them! No courtesy or attempt at being polite!" It's like they are doing clients a favour and not their job! Complaints fall on deaf ears!

the alarm rings even if there is no intruder, but what worried me the most is that no body pitches up to see whats going on... you call them and they take more then an hour to come see to your alarm system. no by the time they get here i would be dead and robbed of everything.

Had an Alarm that went of at my business this morning. 20 mins later no response vehicle there as yet. Response time a concern. Looks like time for a change
