Horrible assistance from their creditors department and call center- I would not recommend them if you may need to have accounts corrected and payments made to re-activate Complete Nightmare and total lack of customer service. Expect to consistently follow-up as they clearly either don't have the capacity or urgency to correct or address your account.

They came out to give me a quote more tgan a weekago, but have never got back to me. Their new remote controls do not have an away and a stay function like the old ones had. Not recommended

Unfortunately, I have to give a star. I never want to be called by ADT again. I will also write my name publicly here Steve Munch from Hout Bay. I have been terrorized for months because the people in the office simply do not understand what is being agreed. I'm going to try to make it clear this way and I'm serious I don't want to have another damn call, I'm tired of explaining to every damn colleague what was agreed. The security guys are doing a great job thank you very much, but the rest sucks. One more call and I'll call a lawyer

Very poor service. No one coming back to me regarding a debit order that was done on my account without my permission and I’m not even a client of ADT.

Fraudulent company, sent a cancelation request in January they are refusing to close the account and stating I need to still pay for March with no refund for February. I have passed my contract but they are refusing to credit me and cancel this account

Worst service ever from rep Bruce Furcey. Trying to get information and communication from this guy is like banging your head against a brick wall. If I had not yet paid my deposit for the installation, I would cancel this right now.

These are pathetic thieves if by all means avoid ADT we ever can see this review do not by any means share your account details with these criminals we took over an account of an old customer account was debited 3 times without our knowledge we came back Biggest scammers if you buy a house it has a adt alarm system don't sign up with the A GROUP OF THIEVES Paid in full they continued too debit the account went for the 4th time still debating money out of out account

Fidelity Adt is one of the top security companies in South Africa.. I've worked there before. There call centre agents are prompt in answering the calls and assisting with queries ... at Adt there is the monitoring centre that monitors the alarms and works hand in hand with the Arm response should there be a emergency. We have our technical teams and technicians who attends at clients houses to fix the alarms if faulty or install new alarms as well.

Do NOT use their security. They are rasist guards who look after their buddies. Then comes in and laughs in your face and doesn't help you AT ALL. Dont listen to any request from the victim. Just stand there and laughs at you

I am revising my rating. I have cancelled all my contracts with them. Since installing the beams, they NEVER WORK!! To get a return phone call is like waiting for snow to fall. It is absolutely exhausting to pay for something like this... I am done with ADT. Their service has gone way down!! OLD REVIEW Great service! Super helpful no matter what the request and will make sure as the client I feel safe and attended to
