Great overall experience! The staff were super friendly and accommodating

Beautiful salon and an overall great experience there. They took my last minute appointment despite being busy which I really appreciated. The stylish and receptionist were very friendly and warm.. my only critique is the glue used for my wig installation.. it didnt dry clear had to mask with make up, and removing from the hair was a nightmare. I have used other glues before but never had issues as I did with this one. Please look into a better product to match the standard of your salon.

Excellent service very professional very friendly staff will be coming back for sure! Brilliant makeover!  It was my first experience with AfikaM and I much appreciate it the atmosphere she was awesome . I’m experiencing hair loss after I did iphondo 2 weeks ago by a girl named Frenky . She first applied styling gel all over my hair she was saying my hair is afro and I wasn’t happy with the overall appearance of styling gel all over my hair and my hair is not afro.  The lady that was at the reception on that day suggested she starts the hairstyle from scratch cause I thought she was going to blow dry my hair, tie it nicely then apply a bit of gel cause I wanted a sleek look. The second one she did was what I wanted but it was toooo tight when she was done I wasn’t even asked if it’s okay and I also had a photoshoot I didn’t want to be late. I thought the pain will eventually go away little did I know my hair would go through the most because of that hairstyle. Iscalp sam sinezi londa netshandakazi kutsalwa

The technician was ok. She listened to my needs. I was concerned for hygiene as the buffers are not sanitized one can see they were used previously. At least spraying a sanitizer for each use would have sufficed..

I had such an amazing experience there came out looking extremely beautiful. I would recommend them any day.

Professional service... And Afkia is  the best in the game when it comes to make up...
