They have a wide variety of beads for any crafts/ jewelry/ clothing under one roof, and they are super affordable too!
A whole house full of beads? Yes believe it. So many to choose from. Everything you need to make jewellery and prices average. Had help from the lady Infront to choose the correct beads and tools. You can also order their stock online.
A little bit pricy on the more popular items like natural beads and stones. Additionally , situated in a high crime area notorious for high jacking and smash and grabs. I would recommend Bead IT in Benoni, prices are a bit better and neighborhood alot safer
I enjoy going to this Bead shop,I just find everything so very dusty and very narrow isles to walk through.Other than that, I love the staff and love the great selection of Beads
Excellent prices. Huge varieties. Very satisfactory customer service. Parking by the road side is the only issue but area is safe.
I received great online service from a lovely lady, Chantelle at The Bead Store in Melville. She arranged my beads for delivery to Cape Town, for the next day, which I received promptly. Super helpful and very friendly service. Highly recommend this bead retailer. Thank you Chantelle for all your great help and for being so sweet. It has been a pleasure dealing with you.
One stop shop for all your beading. All kinds of beads, they have it here. And great service too
I have not visited the store physically, so I cannot review that, but their online service does not seem to exist. I placed an order 8 days ago and I am still waiting for the invoice or any kind of feedback. Sent several emails to query but no response up to date.
What a lovely shop! They stock everything you can imagine and the prices are at least 50% cheaper than the local shops in my suburb. The service is excellent too.
This bead shop has Everything! Just the best humble, unassuming staff who know just when to help, they are knowledgeable and happy to explain what one would need without just trying to up-sell. Definitely worth a visit! Then go round the corner for lunch or coffee or a glass of wine... Melville is special :-
