Great place to meet other overland travelers, the owner and his wife are amazing people super welcoming and friendly, there is usually a communal braai on the weekends which is great with all the overlanders together. The shipping of my motorcycle went super smooth, professional and quick correspondance with Duncan and a competitive price. There's also a workshop that performed some adjustments to my motorcycle, Darnie the mechanic is very skilled and professional and I learned alot by chatting with him. All in all I thoroughly recommend using African Overlanders for shipping your vehicle to/from Cape Town or if you just wanna connect with other travelers or need mechanical work done. We really recommend Duncan and Darnie at African Overlanders. We used them to ship our campervan from Rotterdam to Cape Town and we received a really professional service end to end. We also stayed a week at their campsite which is clean, well organised, hot water, wifi and a Braai place. We felt like home. They are both really welcoming, helpful and have tons of experience to share. Duncan also arranged help while we were stuck having technical issues with our van. Much appreciated !
