We have experienced DIABOLICAL customer service to uplift and credit a faulty helium cylinder from our party store. This has been ongoing since October 2018. After numerous emails and phonecalls to the PE branch listening to "call centre voice" and the phone call being cut off - more than once AS WELL, as the Joburg head office, we are still awaiting the credit note, however they are now in possession of the faulty cylinder, which was only collected this week after emails back and forth to remind them to arrange collection. Please can someone forward assistance with how to rectify this situation as soon as possible! We DO NOT recommend using this company as your preferred gas provider.

This branch doesn't answer phones, don't reply to messages, and can never get through to anyone in branch or sales management. I have been trying to get through to them to place an order for 3 weeks now! This service is beyond shocking zero star rating

After calling 11 times, I get to talk to customer service that put my on line with a sales rep. to get voicemail on the line. Tellephone service at afrox pe is bad bad bad.

This place should be getting minus 5 stars I can't believe there's a plant that let's everyone goes at lunch at the same time,very pathetic bro say the least
