Received the package in the end. Very well packed and all in good order. Thank you for management who escalated after writing a bad review. Customer Service could do more effort in reaching out to the customers. Do hope they never use Internet Express as a courier service in the future as they have no idea what they are doing. The Courier Guys are doing a way better job.

Poorly run company. If u not a R100 000 customer they will treat you horribly. I ordered something and paid. Next thing I know they sold my stuff and all they can say is "sorry" and wanted to give me scratched things as a replacement and give me 10% off. What a saintly act, there will be sculptures built to honour your intelligence and grace. They refunded me fully but damaged my reputation as I couldn't fulfil an order, so that is irreparable. The China Mall has almost everything they have at a much cheaper rate. Negative star.

Ordered a sewing machine Monday, was delivered Tuesday before lunch, I live in Durban. Outstanding service, both supplier and courier. And price was over R1000 cheaper than takealot "special" price. Thank you Ahmed's Textiles. Can't wait to give it to my Wife.

The service is PATHETIC. At first I enquired about availability of fabric and a general price. I needed almost 300 meters of fabric and did not want to go there if they had no stock. After two weeks I did not receive a response from them and followed up telephonically, only then did they they see my email. Ahmed’s textiles requested that I should resend this email and be more specific on what I want. I was provided a direct email address of a sales consultant that would assist me in my request promptly. Ten days later I still did not receive the requested quote. Ahmed’s textiles have no interest in serving you. There are other companies out there that will provide you a much better service at the same price. Rather take your business there.

I was looking for affordable fabric when I come to Ahmed's link. I sent them a request and have immediate feedback with a colour chart of the fabric available. I choose my calours and their price was the best, no matter that they had to cut the fabric. Their service is really the best I ever experienced and I will always buy my fabric from them. They also delivered my fabric at my doorstep wich is a big + for me. They are really the best. Always friendly and helpful with excellent service.

Customer service is terrible. I placed an order & had to follow up on it only to discover that they had nomore stock of the item I ordered. I got offered another color or to wait for another approx 2 weeks for stock. Rozanna even went on to state that they have 1 gold table left but with scratches. I advised her that I’d take it on condition they’d offer me a discount. They gave me R50 off. I just took it. Got the delivery & silver legs were delivered. The lady then mentioned to organize the swop. Guy comes to collect & I gave him full table as I expected a swop on delivery due to time constraint- so I had to cancel the order. Next morning I get a call with insults & accusations of being dishonest. I mentioned to her that i nolonger wanted to partake in the conversation. She continued to WhatsApp to further insult me.

Pink runners I received is more cherise pink. The pink I ordered showed more of a dusty pink. I threw it away since I cannot use the pink received. AND I DID NOT WANT TO PAY COURIER AGAIN. NEVER AGAIN.
