My current agent Tanya is blatantly unprofessional when dealing with her clients and quite frankly it reflects poorly on the entire agency. She negates her responsibilities as an extension of the landlord. Refuses to fix any breakages but rather simply hides them with shabby furniture. DOES NOT RESPOND TO MESSAGES. There is an evident level displaying her lack of responsibility when it comes to submitting the proper updated documentations for various suppliers water and electricity to the point where even the suppliers outlined her poor communication of updated material. Finally when approached with these grievances she responds with: poor service, utter disrespect, a lack of professionalism, and deflection of blame toward the tenant.
The service here is really not good, in fact it’s horrible. Tanya, the agent, will ignore you. She will ignore your grievances. You send her a WhatsApp text, she will ignore, you call her over the phone, she will respond and promise to get to it “by tomorrow” but she won’t do it for weeks and you’ll still have to chase her for it.
The agentTanya always reads the messages but never help…. Me and my roommate asked for the backed up keys for 3 weeks and never got it and she said she was going to bring it , also there’s an issue with the toilet leaking , she reads the messages and never helps. Like we understand an agent could be busy at the end of the year but ignoring us for 3 weeks …… oh well
I should have read the reviews. If there was an option to select a lower amount of stars, I would have given that to them. Great job at getting great money from good people and ignoring them aside from sending a beautifully for you guys big bill. A tenant being "Served" from our beloved DHS did I get that right is knew though. I thought that they only threw papers and said loudly "you've been served while walking away in movies. Good Lord, this place. The security, Kabod, is amazing, they care about your safety so much that they all deserve the same rating as Aida Petty dictator running the building and even better than the Rest. He's almost like a prison warden
They don't seem to care about me as a client. Or at least their actions and responses make me understand that I'm not a priority

All sales agents amongst 5 Pretoria branches work together to help sell you property by Lots of buyers listed by every individual agent on a databasis where any agent can try to match a property best to the needs a buyer gives through. Agents understand that buyers change their minds and requirements ie price or area or size of stand. The Team work well together and will try to help where it is possible.
Hi I have had my property incorrectly listed by AIDA and have requested this to be fixed on several occasions. The AIDA agent told me twice that had been rectified and after two months it still has not been rectified. How do I de-list my property and remove it from Property 24 If its incorrect information?
Staff, especially rental staff, are very friendly and helpful. Thanks ladies and especially Reinette Zeelie in rental admin. Your service and assistance is always greatly!
I have rented an apartment at unicrest and paid the price on time every month.and I have complained about the noise and the I'll manners of the other tenants but have got no assistance
Worst estate agents ever!! They lie to you and when you complain at head office nothing happens. Not recommended at all!
