"Our mother company, Air-A-Pet, Was established in 1981. Through the years, we have gained an abundance of experience in the pet trade and, from there we moved on and opened the well-known Airport Pets in Kempton park on the 1st of March 1994. Our branch in Pretoria opened its doors on the 1st of May 2008, in order to serve our customers even better throughout Gauteng. And on 13 February 2021 we added a new addition to our family, our Bapsfontein branch."

Awesome experience. The staff is very very friendly. The feed is very affordable. It's a great place to be. Today I could have stayed till they knocked off.

Great place. Has something of everything regarding pets. Tad expensive but if you need it it will be there. Very friendly and helpful  staff. They have good knowledge of products that are available on the shelf.

Overall, my experience at Airport Pets was positive, and I would definitely recommend it to other pet owners looking for a one-stop-shop for all their pet needs. The vast selection of products, low prices, unique services, and friendly staff make it a great place to shop. The only reason I'm giving it four stars instead of five is that I would have liked to see more eco-friendly and sustainable products available.

I went to purchase chicken food for our hens and was surprised to find that buying in bulk actually cost more. I had wrongly assumed that buying a larger bag would result in a bit of a discount or savings. However, it was not the case, check out the price for a 10kg vs a 25kg bag.

They are great. Wonderful variety in products for different pets. I did struggle to find different brands of clumping cat litter, they only had one.

There is a lot of staff upon walking in that is prepared to assist stock a very wide variety of pet products and value for money.

Friendly staff all your pet needs under one roof  good price

They have fresh stock !nice friendly staff too always helping pay point to car like that dont  need to touch nothing that's till I get home !
