Your security personnel at the domestic security check point needs training on your own rules and regulations. They get confused with what rules apply for domestic and what international flights. They are incompetent and do not know how to to do their jobs adequately. Bad experience......... I wish 0 stars was an option.

I have been trying for more than a month to get information on a hangar at Cape Town International Airport and have been dealing with the most inefficient people ever. Jennifer could not give me any information and also failed to give me the number of the person dealing with corporate leases. After I got Aubrey Blom's number myself, I spoke to him on several occasions begging him to send me the relevant information regarding this hangar, yet he still has not sent anything. Apparently this hangar has been standing empty for 18 months and i can see why. Really two very inefficient and unhelpful individuals.

When disembarking from the bus The air suspension should be lowered to accommodate older people and children to be able to step in and out of the bus without risk of falling and have an assistant at hand wouldn't go amiss

You provide a Really give a bad first impression of our country. International flight but have to wait 10 minutes for plane doors to open as no bus to take passengers to the terminal The bus was falling apart. ACSA need to take a long, hard look at the service they provide for departing passengers with limited mobility and who have requested special assistance. Wheelchairs are needed from the point the passenger first arrives at the airport. One cannot expect passengers needing assistance to 1 walk to the check-in desks, 2 queue up to check-in and then 3 walk to a “waiting room” for their wheelchair to arrive. It’s an absolute joke. For goodness sake wake up you lot!

I have never in all my years of travel experienced such dirty and smelly toilets as the ones downstairs at Pickup at the airport. These are the toilets visitors from out of town and overseas use while waiting to be fetched.

Been there 3 times in 2 weeks...with more and more tourists coming to Cape Town i think you guys need to up your game.... 1 Airport free Wi fi still not working months now 2 Air- conditioning in international terminal not working with summer approaching.. 3 Customs are under staffed.. the line were 50 meters back in the hallway. 3 staff with 9 booths empty. 4 Could not exit paid parking due to loadshedding? Wheres your generators?

Please advise why passengers arriving at Cape Town International Airport cannot exit the airport at the first floor where they are dropped off. Forcing everyone to exit on ground floor level cause delays and congestion, adding another 30 minutes to the commute when travelling, particularly for business people commuting regularly from JHB to Cape Town.
