Once again I had the privilege of attending an exhibition of the most exquisite art pieces. Pieter van Heerden is a beautiful human being who is passionate about his establishment and the artists he represents. He themes his exhibitions with thought and relevance. Being from Johannesburg makes it difficult to visit more frequently, but every time I do, I am freshly surprised by his knowledge, focus and dedication to his calling. Pieter is s true patron of the arts in every way!
Lovey space, interesting exhibits. I walked in during a practice for a musical performance. They have 2 performances a month.
If you love to take a breather once in a while from the urban rat-race, I would strongly recommend that you make a stop here..Artwork that brings meaning and a beautiful garden, it simply brings calm to overly-stressed mind. Thanks
Kobus is a genius. You have to see his work in person. It’s an experience worth having.
Always a pleasure to visit Pretoria Arts Association. Pieter & Nandi are so proffesional and always make you feel like you are part of the family. Join the Association for a minimal anual fee to get invitations to exciting exhibitions and mingle with the artists.
A ceramics exhibition is the centrepiece at the moment as well as sculpture and paintings. Safe parking and a quiet setting provide a pleasant ambience.
Pretoria best kept secret. Please pop in. Warm and friendly staff. They do so much for Pretoria based artists.
This is a wonderful gallery, always exciting and interesting, with amazing art and great gifts. Good place to visit!
Some paintings were nice. Some good artwork, pricing is okay to bad for the simplicity of them. Nice for artists to find inspiration, but not to buy.
Small but beautifully designed gallery, a wonderful place to escape to during a busy day. Constantly changing, varied exhibitions by local artists. Also a small selection of interesting books. Well worth visiting. I just wish they had tea and coffee on tap!
