Horrible owner..rude and ignorant,my car went in for overheating, they diagnostics and found the problem, fan controller,we couldn't source the part in SA. I however source the part from ebay. Fitted the part by JP Auto has it is a plug and play. Call the owner to inform him the car is still overheating. what is the next step. Then i mentioned to him i spend more than 5k just to found out that the fan controller is the problem. he comes back to say that is not his problem and why did i get a Chev vehicle. I even told him i don't have a problem to bring the car back and pay for the service. Cut the call me....i think he likes customers not to ask any question.Services: Electrical

My wife towed me there one Monday morning. After taking my key to reception a group of friendly guys help me unhook the car and they pushed it into the workshop. Later the afternoon I received a call that the car has been repaired and I could collect looking at the invoice I was surprised at the very reasonable price for the massive amount of work that had to be done in such a short time and I have to add that the quality was exceptional. So real value for money and they really helped me out of a very difficult situation. Great job guys.

Part of running a successful business …part of being a human being is knowing how to speak to your customer. The manner in which you spoke / screamed at us while trying to collect our car is despicable to say the least all the while having no issues taking money . I would NEVER recommend your service to anyone simply for the manner in which we got treated . It makes one wonder if you speak to everyone of every race in this manner or was it just us? EDIT IN RESPONSE :1. We called you to at 16:52 to tell you were 4 minutes away to please hang on since you told us to be there 5 to 5 2. We arrived at 16:57 and paid at 17:00. We left your establishment at 17:03 I have the transaction times to prove so While there were still some of your employees there. Screaming let’s just get rid of thing in our presence is not customer service it’s not even human decency- we’ were all tired from work. BTW: who would we have found there at 17:07 if you insist you leave exactly at 17:00???! Your response is ridiculous and validates my stance.Service: Electrical

I was served by Dart. It was a transactional experience. I think his still new there. You get what you pay for. Just a tip to Dart. Phone your customer before they phone you to provide feedback...

Excellent service, I took my Ford Fiesta to Alberton Auto Electrical a month ago for repair wiring bypassed for ECU broken off pin, their pricing is so reasonable and I can highly recommend these guys for their professionalism. They really know their story.Keep it up guys.

Went through tp these guys on a Monday morning at 9am with no booking for a vehicle as it was my clients after a botched job by the panel beater. These guys were so quick and efficient i would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs auto electricians.

They are closed for holiday season but I appreciate that I received feedback sameday even though they are closed.

Went for a quote on something that might be a simple problem. But their prices that their asking is just too expensive. Their quality of service is great, though. Been there before two years ago.
