Alberton Clinic,

Was very dissapointed. Was referred to this clinic by SADAG.org and just because the area doesn't fall under this clinic we were turned away and referred to another one. However this clinic doesn't have physiatrists although we were told by this sister that all clinics have. So much for all the adverts that people should seek help.

Went to the clinic for my daughter's 3 day routine check. After waiting for about 2 hours in line with a 3 day old infant, whilst having stitches of giving birth and in horrible pain sister Vanya, one of the nurses told us she could not attend to us we need to go to another clinic because she was out of files as she put it. A 3 day infant does not need a file for her to be attended to she already has a road to health booklet. Very disgraceful act from Sister Vanya. Literally chased me away with my 3 day old daughter. A total shame. I was not the only lady . She also chased away another lady next to me who had the same challenge as me and could barely walk, whilst carrying her infant. People like sister Vanya are an embarrassment.

RUBBISH midwife yelling at pregnant ladies. Full of shiit and very disrespectful. She has no hospitality at all and i wish she suffers the way she makes pregnant ladies feel. Pregnant ladies are vulnerable and must be polite to them. That rubbish lady yells at them as if she owns the clinic. I pray she never conceives . My sister came crying at home saying she shouted at her. I dont know why we keep complaining about her but she's still there. Thanks to the security that was polite God bless him and the receptionist

HORRIBLE & CRUEL SERVICE!!! the Midwife has unacceptable bad attitude, screaming & shouting at pregnant patients as if they are kids in primary school & refusing to help them because of petty things, THIS BEHAVIOUR IS UNACCEPTABLE. You don't treat people like that especially patients, you must have love and compassion for patients. I seriously don't know who she thinks she is, be a midwife and just do your job!!! This woman needs to be put in her place and reported to the higher department because I am pretty sure they don't know how bad she treats patients. If she was working under me I would fire her a long time ago!! This clinic just left a bitter taste in my mouth -Pathetic I've never seen anything like this before

39 weeks pregnant and lost some water i was put on bed rest and didnt make it back on my date,she shouted and screamed at me infront of everyone outside and refused to help me!!!

The most pathetic place one can go to. The staff there is not helpful. You ask questions they give wrong information, they put you in the wrong que and then you are sent to another que, and then they argue amongst themselves about the wrong information the other staff member gave...it's just bunch of nonsense that place. I wonder if anyone can ever say they receive/d proper medical attention there. Very disappointing!!!

They dont deserve a star from 7 oclock in the morning till 12oclock standing they just do up and down worst clinic ever

The worst clinic standing out side from 7 am until 4 pm no one attended to us i even cry I didn't have medicine but they told us to come the next day the management is so poor

I have been waiting at this clinic for 2 days for covid testing. Had to sit outside the entire day. When I dare to complain about not being helped they refused to help me at all. I tried going to other clinics but they cant help me as I stay in Alberton. This clinic is now taking away my sons education as he cant return without a covid test

Rude staff No order Takes forever to help “Short Staffed” but the staff are just walking around the whole day . Very unimpressed with this place
